Your data is processed and stored by Google, which acts as a data processor under Google’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Client data is securely stored using Google Workspace, which complies with GDPR and FADP requirements, ensuring encryption and security measures. While Google primarily stores data in the EU and US, Google may process and store data in multiple jurisdictions. If you require data to be stored only within the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, please contact me to discuss possible solutions.
